WXZ Begins Third Phase of 118 Flats in University Circle

CLEVELAND, OH – WXZ Development, Inc., one of University Circle’s leading developers, is excited to announce their third installment of rental properties on East 118th Street will begin construction in May/June 2015. The 32 unit, one bedroom 118Flats – Oval will be joining current properties 118Flats- Circle and Square as the final piece of this planned trilogy totaling 72 new residential units on E. 118th street. Combined with 59 units at Hazel 8, this brings WXZ’s residential footprint in University Circle to over 130 units.
WXZ Developments pursuit to revive this once forgotten area is something President and CEO James R. Wymer feels a sense of pride in achieving. “In 2008, we were challenged by UCI President, Chris Ronayne, to redevelop a 1 acre parking lot on the eastern edge of the Circle adjacent to a railroad and underpass. This led to 3 successful projects in our efforts to transform E. 118th into the “Eastern Gateway” to the Circle.
