Little Italy Walking Tour

The Little Italy Walking Tour, brought to you in partnership with the Western Reserve Historical Society, Little Italy Redevelopment Corporation, Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation and University Circle Inc., covers 1 mile of beautiful Italian-American history!
Making stops at landmarks such as the Alta House, Guarinos and Mayfield Theater, participants hear fascinating facts, dating back to the late 1800's, accompanied by delicious smells coming from Little Italy's oldest and most popular restaurants.
Interested in architecture? The walking tour covers both old and new intricate buildings such as the Nicola Petti Apartments, Washington Place, and the ongoing development of Quattro near Tony Brush Park!
Tour participants will also get an inside scoop on University Circle Inc. development of the Cozad-Bates House, the only Pre-Civil War structure left in University Circle. Interested in learning more? Explore the rich history of Cleveland’s neighborhoods at the Cleveland History Center, located at 10825 East Blvd.
