As part of its centennial festivities, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History continues to highlight 100 reasons to celebrate natural history. Celebrate with us in a unique and engaging way with the Centennial Soirée Series. The April soirée will dig into discoveries about human health and nutrition, exploring how different cultures have valued and celebrated various food and flavors. Contemplate the impact of environment on the evolution of cuisine and the future of food with Museum curators Dr. Nicole Burt, Dr. Brian Redmond, and Dr. Gavin Svenson.
The evening will feature a unique four-course dinner designed by Spice Catering, with wine pairings developed by Greg Miller, DipWSET. The special menu can be adjusted to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free or vegan.
