The Cleveland Cultural Gardens are one of Northeast Ohio’s oldest and most beautiful treasures. Some 33 dedicated gardens, designed and cultivated by distinct cultural or nationality groups, adorn the drive along Martin Luther King Boulevard and East Boulevard in Rockefeller Park. Depicted in the gardens are the poets, philosophers, peacemakers, composers, scientists and others who have contributed to world culture. Also featured in the gardens are symbolic sculptures and replicas of or tributes to sacred monuments in other lands.

The Cultural Gardens are in Rockefeller Park, which stretches between I-90/East Shoreway (which runs along Lake Erie) to the north and University Circle on the southern end. There are two levels to the Gardens – the East Boulevard level and the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard level. The Cultural Gardens also can be accessed from nearby residential streets, such as Parkgate and Parkside to the east and Ansel Road and St. Casimir’s Way to the west. Lastly, if all else fails, use your GPS and plug in one of the addresses for the individual gardens (all the Gardens have addresses).
Parking:
There is ample street parking available on the west side of MLK and on the east side of East Boulevard and its side streets.
