University Circle Lights Up the Holidays with Illuminate the Circle, Powered by PNC

CLEVELAND, OH – “Tis the season” gets an upgrade in the heart of Cleveland’s cultural district as University Circle transforms into a dazzling winter wonderland for the second annual Illuminate the Circle, Powered by PNC. Running nightly from November 22 through January 1, from 5 p.m.–11 p.m., visitors are invited to stroll through Wade Oval and experience thousands of twinkling lights, festive vignettes and a towering holiday tree.

The festivities kick off on Saturday, November 22, from 5 p.m.–8 p.m. with a free Tree Lighting Ceremony. Highlights include:

• A 30-foot tree draped in thousands of lights and ornaments.

• Festive music, free family activities and photo opportunities.

• Hot cocoa, cookies and offerings from local food vendors.

• The “big moment”: At 6:30 p.m., join Santa for the countdown to turn the lights on. Stay after for more photos with Santa.

Following the opening night, the nightly display continues from 5 p.m.–11 p.m. through New Year’s Day. Best part: It’s free and open to the public.
