University Circle Police Department Staff Lt. Graduates from the FBI National Academy
Cleveland, OH (January 18, 2017) – University Circle Police Department Staff Liuetenant David Leff graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy (NA) on Friday, December 26, 2016 in Quantico, VA. Staff Lt. Leff has served with the University Circle Police Department since 1998.
“The FBI National Academy has an elite training curriculum,” said Jim Repicky, Chief of the University Circle Police Department. “Staff Lt. David Leff passed rigorous mental and physical challenges, spent time away from his loved ones, and did so voluntarily because of his dedication to the UCPD.“
The 266thsession of the National Academy consisted of men and women from 48 states, 20 international countries, five military organizations, and eight federal civilian programs. The 11-week program provides coursework in intelligence theory, terrorism and terrorist mindsets, management science, law, behavioral science, law enforcement communication, and forensic science.
