- No open flames or charcoal grills.
- If you need to smoke, please move to the outer portion of Wade Oval.
University Circle Inc. welcomes political candidates and issue representatives to its public events. For the comfort of our guests, we respectfully request the following:
Do:
- Walk around, meet people, and offer campaign or issue literature
- Encourage people to sign up to vote
- Offer people the opportunity to sign petitions
- Pick up any campaign literature or giveaways that were discarded
Do Not:
- Set up tables or tents. That equipment is reserved for event vendors only
- Approach people as they’re seated on the lawn. Doing so can be disruptive and block others’ views of the entertainment
- External PA systems are only for event entertainers, emcees, and University Circle Inc. staff
