This healing and heart-opening instruction will take place at the peaceful and historic Wade Memorial Chapel and Wade Pond. Metta is a Buddhist-based guided meditation that shares loving kindness first to oneself, and then expands that circle outward. These 45-minute sessions, designed and led by Theresa Gorski Bodyworks, will begin seated, continuing with a slow-paced walk. Registration and ticket purchase required.
