Founded in 1950, UCP of Greater Cleveland provides diverse programming for individuals with a wide variety of physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities, not limited to cerebral palsy.
UCP of Greater Cleveland serves over 1,500 children and adults every year through two Centers of Excellence: LeafBridge for Children and OakLeaf for Adults.
- LeafBridge programs are based on a philosophy of early intervention and holistic, family-focused care. Licensed physical and occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists, as well as social service professionals work with children and family members to design programs that enhance physical, mental and emotional development.
- Oakleaf Services is dedicated to ensuring that adults with disabilities are able to live the highest quality, most productive lives possible while achieving maximum independence in the community. Oakleaf offers two facets of programming for adults: Community Integration and Community Employment.
