Opening the Doors to Homeownership in Cleveland
FNB has expanded credit across diverse communities throughout its footprint with a Special Purpose Credit Program (SPCP), promoting homeownership and economic equality. FNB Homeownership Plus, part of the SPCP's initial rollout, can now be combined with the Community Uplift Program in Cleveland to deliver even more financial support toward the purchase of a new home, including both down payment assistance and a closing cost grant.
