The apartments at Uptown in University Circle represent a different style of renting in Cleveland: Wide, curving hallways with a cool color palette, leading to modern, white living spaces.
At $1,325 to $2,260 per month, those apartments also represent a stretch toward higher prices, in a city that's just starting to see modest rent growth spurred by strong demand.
Local apartment occupancy is at its highest level in more than a decade, and developers are scouring downtown Cleveland and University Circle for new rental opportunities.
