WOW! Market Nights Vendor Application

Wednesday, July 10
Setup: 4:30p - 5:30p
Event: 6:00p - 9:00p

Event: 6:00p - 9:00p (likely ending earlier due to sunset)

Vendor Fee (you must have a product to sell):
$75 per event - GCBA Member Rate
$200 per event - GCBA Non-Member Rate

*Preference will be given to GCBA Members. If you'd like to join GCBA to receive the vendor discount, you must pay your membership dues by April 12.

Included:
One 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (set up prior to arrival)
One 8’ collapsible table
Two folding chairs
*No parking provided

Review Process:
Applications are placed in order as they are received and are only considered if the application is complete. All applications will be reviewed and those that qualify will be contacted to confirm their space. The only food items allowed are prepackaged items (think tea/coffee, boxed candies, etc.). Food ready to be consumed will not be allowed. Those vendors need to go through the standard food vendor application found here (no cooked items like burgers, walking tacos, etc.).

Signage:
All vendors are responsible for their own signage, which can be hung from the table or from the inside of the tent. However, UCI reserves the right to decide what signage and promotional items are appropriate for the event.

Cancellation Policy:
WOW! will take place rain or shine! If cancelled by UCI due to severe weather, vendors will receive a full refund.

Electric Needs: 
UCI’s electrical contractor will need to approve all electrical needs. Vendors must provide the proper receptacles for their electric connections. These receptacles will be specified and approved by UCI’s electrician prior to application approval. If any electrical needs are not noted on this application or brought to UCI’s attention prior to the event, UCI reserves the right to cancel your application.

Water Needs:
No water can be provided. Vendors that need water should bring their own supplies. 

Insurance (food vendors only):
Provide UCI with an insurance certificate evidencing liability insurance coverage with a $1,000,000 combined single limit, naming UCI as additional insured and execute the attached document promising to indemnify UCI and to comply with all applicable laws, statutes ordinances and regulations.

Release and Waivers:
The submission of this application releases all rights or claims in connection with all photo(s)/videotape collected in connection with WOW! Wade Oval Wednesday. The aforementioned material will be used for promotional purposes and you agree to waive any right to inspection or approval over the finished photos and/or advertising copy. All photographs, negatives and videotapes and other materials will be the sole property of University Circle Inc. 

Through submission of this application, you forever discharge any and all rights, and claims for damages, demands, or actions which you may have or may hereafter accrue against University Circle Inc., Small Organization Solutions LLC, City of Cleveland, events sponsors, affiliate organizations and its affiliated owners, volunteers, and all other related entities for any damage to personal belongings or merchandise and for all injuries suffered, even death, in connection with your participation in WOW! Wade Oval Wednesday, including but not limited to marketing, set-up, event attendance, breakdown, and clean-up.
