This foundational outdoor yoga class is an opportunity to be grounded in nature as you are guided through postures, breath, and movements with a healing intention. Finishes with guided relaxation meditation. Bring your yoga mat. All levels of experience welcome! This 60-minute session is led by Theresa Gorski Bodyworks.
