Are you curious about how others perceive you? Do you wonder how you as an individual can have an impact in a group? Are you interested in getting an affordable “taste of Gestalt”? As part of our Group Intervention Training Program, graduating facilitators-in-training, with faculty supervision, expand their skills to work with groups of people and teams that are new to them. Here’s where you come in. We’d like you to be part of this process! We are looking for individuals and in-tact-teams of people to come to the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland to participate in a two-day Gestalt group experience facilitated by facilitators-in-training. Faculty members are present throughout the process and offer feedback to facilitators-in-training that you may witness. Your participation has benefits for you too! To enhance your own professional development and personal growth, you will be exposed to Gestalt concepts and interventions through observation and experience. To increase your understanding of Gestalt group process, you will see the developmental phases of groups as they unfold in real-time. In fact, you will be invited to listen to and learn from the feedback given to the facilitators-in-training.
Will you join us for this rich opportunity to experience and learn about Gestalt methods, group work and how you show up in a group?
