Summer Nights at Cleveland Botanica...

Follow along to see when the beautiful cherry blossoms, magnolias, tulips, and other spring blooms along Wade Lagoon, Severance Music Center, Cleveland Botanical Garden, and throughout The Circle will be fully bloomed.
“Peak bloom” occurs when at least 70% of the blossoms are open. Once open, flowers last from 4-10 days, depending on the weather conditions. Cool, calm weather can extend the bloom period, while warm, unsettled weather can shorten it. The magnolias are even more sensitive to the weather so plan your visit accordingly.
Read this blog post about our favorite places to view the blooms in and around the Circle and follow us on Instagram for up-to-date videos of the spring blooms!
This is just our best guess based on how the blooms are progressing. For more information on the blooming period, visit the National Park Service website.
There's a few trees hanging on with their pink and white petals, but most of the trees have now turned brown/green.
Join our Capture the Circle photo contest and you’ll be automatically entered to win a CirclePass, good for free admission to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Botanical Garden, and Cleveland History Center.
Follow and tag @universitycircle on Instagram or Facebook. Share your spring bloom photo using #CaptureTheCircle.
Bonus entries: tag a friend you're bringing with you to see the blooms! (each separate comment = 1 entry)
The contest runs through April 15 at 11:59 p.m. Your photo could also be featured on our social channels (with credit). The winner will be announced on social media and contacted via DM.
Please refrain from pulling branches and picking off the blooms! We want to keep the beauty intact for all to enjoy.
