Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) operates eight (8) bus routes, plus the Euclid Avenue Health Line (bus rapid transit) and the Red Line (heavy rail) routes to and through the district. CircleLink is a FREE public shuttle service for residents, employees and visitors in University Circle and Little Italy with routes every 20-30 minutes during service hours.

Cleveland is a Bicycle Friendly Community and getting to and around University Circle by bicycle is getting easier every year. Before you ride, consult this helpful guide from Bike Cleveland and this network map of cycling routes in the area, provided by the Heights Bicycle Coalition. Off-road bike routes that reach the district include the Lake-to-Lakes Trail and the Harrison Dillard Bikeway. Bike lanes are available on Euclid Avenue and Edgehill Road, and more than 1,000 bicycle parking spaces are available in the district, many of which are provided in covered garages.
