Maintenance Technician

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of HVAC. Building Maintenance vocational-tech education preferred.
B. Experience: Minimum 3-years hands-on working in the building trades. Experience with building & general maintenance, power and hand tools.
C. Skills: Strong knowledge of H.V.A.C., electrical, plumbing, lockout/tagout, MSDS/SDS, building systems and safety inspections/certifications. Experience with a wide variety of power and hand tools.
D. Physical: Able to lift, bend, push, stoop, kneel and able to safely lift up to 60 pounds. Able to withstand temperature changes and work outdoors as needed. Able to stand, walk, etc. for extended periods of times with minimal breaks.

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities and Operations perform a wide variety of equipment and facilities maintenance. Assist with maintenance safety inspections and documentation. Work will be performed both indoors and out year-round and at heights as needed. Work with outside contractors, assist with CARF requirements, safety inspections, maintenance/inspection record keeping. We are happy to offer the following:
