University Circle is beautiful in all four seasons but the holidays are truly magical. Spend special holiday time with friends or visiting family taking in a day of fun in the Circle. Your season begins with Holiday CircleFest on Sunday, December 4 when the majority of Circle Institutions open their doors free of charge and welcome visitors with family-friendly programs and activities. Jump in line for GLOW at the Cleveland Botanical Garden, or grab a photo of the gang on the Euclid Beach Carousel at the Cleveland History Center, and then take a ride in an old-fashioned horse-drawn carriage. Hop on the Circlelink shuttle and head Uptown to MOCA, shop at some locally-owned stores, and enjoy a delicious macaron from Coquette Patisserie. As the clock strikes 5:30 p.m. get a prime viewing spot for the Cleveland Museum of Art's spectacular Winter Light's Lantern Procession. Lastly, slip on some skates and enjoy the Rink at Wade Oval (open until early March) for a memorable night until star lights and a starry night sky.
