HealthLine
Cleveland's newest rapid transit system is the quickest way to travel between Downtown and University Circle. During the work day, Rapid Transit Vehicles (RTVs) pass stations every five minutes. Fare collection is off-board (pay before you board) at each station, which makes for quick entry and exit from the HealthLine. The trip from University Circle to Public Square takes just 20 minutes.
