Circle 118 offers architecturally distinctive design that’s fresh, flexible and environmentally friendly.
The pedestrian-centric design maximizes outdoor space with attached garages encircling a private courtyard. Shafts of glass and natural light, green rooftop terraces and decks invite the outside in to open floor plans and modern features at University Circle's first green residential community.
