First Energy Cleveland Clinic Substation Project - Public Hearing
November 14th @ 6:00pm
First Energy has filed an application with the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) to build a new power substation on Stokes Boulevard & Cedar Avenue. In order to construct the facility, First Energy must obtain OPSB approval in the form of a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need. Part of the approval process includes a public hearing, which will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cleveland City Hall Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Room 216, 601 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland. Please attend the meeting if you wish to learn more about the project or voice any concerns.
