Studio Glass in Focus: Dialogue and Innovation
September 23, 2012–April 14, 2013
This free exhibition features the studio glass movement, which began in 1962 in Toledo, Ohio. American artists started exploring glass as art in their own studios, compared to glass manufactured in factories. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the exhibition showcases work by early pioneers as well as innovative artists today.
