Early Childhood Program Associate
Part time, with possibility of full time
• Provide 1-2 daily 30-minute school site lessons
• Prepare, circulate and maintain materials and supplies for monthly classroom learning kits
• Provide support to educators and teachers during cultural institution field visits
• Maintain program records and compile data
• Associate’s Degree in Education or other relevant field
• Experience working with young children
• Experience or interest in collaborating with museums and other cultural institutions
• Supply personal transportation to and from school sites located within five miles of University Circle (mileage reimbursement provided);
• Possess physical ability to climb stairs, lift and carry 25 lb. learning kits;
• Communicate clearly both verbally to audiences and in writing;
• Understand and respond clearly to audience questions;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
