Main Responsibilities
• Manage and implement the production of subscription renewal and acquisition campaigns for Severance Hall and Blossom, as well as create and manage subscription campaign plans.
• Working with Associate Director of Marketing, create and implement short and medium-term sales strategies that are designed to increase subscriber retention rates and increase acquisition of new subscribers.
• Manage day-to-day activities of telemarketing campaign(s). Includes revenue and expense tracking and billing support.
• Manage and coordinate all subscription direct mail activity. Develop data lead strategies with database vendor and manage direct mail database maintenance. Utilize Tessitura as tool to maximize integrated patron management and to minimize database warehouse expenses.
• Update and maintain daily subscription sales reports and analyze results against season goals and historical benchmarks.
• Manage expense and revenue budgets for all subscription activity.
• Manage and develop subscription fulfillment mailings such as season ticket mailing (including ticket package design).
• With Associate Director of Marketing, analyze the effectiveness of subscription direct mail and telemarketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage online communications to optimize online subscription revenue generation.
• Coordinate website subscription price updates and develop online subscription promotions.
• Manage subscriber patron communications to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Manage subscription activities for Family, Rainbow and COYO from renewal process through the end of the season. Expense and revenue tracking for subscription campaigns.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized
• Computer literate - proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Marketing and Promotions or arts background desired, including 3-5 years previous similar experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-dependent environment
• Familiarity with Tessitura a plus
