Franz Welser-Möst is in his fifth season as Music Director of The Cleveland Orchestra. His long-term commitment to the Orchestra extends through the 2011-12 season. Job Title Associate Director of Marketing Hours and Rate Full time Main Responsibilities • Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual manages the day-to-day activities of subscription and single ticket marketing campaigns, with primary management of direct marketing, advertising, on-line/Internet, telemarketing management, and budget preparation to achieve sales goals at Severance Hall and Blossom Music Center. • Plan, budget, implement, supervise and monitor the execution of all aspects of ticket marketing campaigns • Direct advertising and promotional campaigns on local commercial and public radio • Manage audience surveys and patron research • Manage patron communications to ensure the highest level of customer service Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 5+ years experience Orchestra marketing or related field with progressively greater responsibility • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Proficiency in computer software programs especially the Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of orchestral music required Send Resume to Human Resources The Cleveland Orchestra 11001 Euclid Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44106 (216) 791-4166 fax HR@clevelandorchestra.com EOE Printer Friendly
