Job Title
Manager of Enrollment and Customer Services Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include oversight of the personnel and programs of the enrollment and customer service operations of a multi-dimensional year-round community cultural arts institution. This newly created department includes the functional areas of registration, financial aid, and business office operations. Qualifications Qualifications include 3-5 years experience in business office and/or enrollment functions.. At least two of these years should be in the context of an educational institution. Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems, Excel, Word, Access and Power Point is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Experience in implementation of an integrated student information system or similar system and familiarity with the arts and culture sector are highly desired. Bachelors Degree in related field required.
