Educational Technology Coordinator

Hours and Rate
Full-time

Main Responsibilities
• Arrange sales calls, make presentations and secure bookings for Museum educational and public programming
• Develop and maintain a sales/contacts database
• Develop and facilitate ongoing relationships and contracts with users of Museum educational and public products
• Identify and attend appropriate “sales” events, conferences and meetings – local, regional and national
• Work closely with Education Division and Marketing Division staff in the development of programming targeted to meet client needs
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Experience in using videoconferencing technologies such as ATM, IP and ISDN. Polycom codec experience preferred
• Experienced in interactive web application programming to supplement the current DL program with a strong web component
• Computer literate (PC and Mac)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills essential
• Technical support for grant writing or curriculum development experience a plus
